Thursday Night 09/08/2005 This was taken at Carolina Dragway Aiken, S.C.
1st pass, was supposed to be a shakedown pass since we have not run the car in a couple of months. I guess Jerry said what the Hell and ran it hard through the 1/4 mile. Had to get off of it, due to rev limiter, it was set to 7800 rpm. Jerry said he had to get off of it and he was about 150 feet from the 1/4 mile mark. Time slip was 60ft. 1.43, 330ft. 4.05, 1/8 6.25 - 111mph, 1000ft. 8.15, 1/4 9.75 - 143mph.
2nd pass was faster, again had to let off of it before reaching it of 1/4 mile. Sorry about the video caught my eye wondering instead of the camera. Time slip was 60ft. 1.47, 330ft. 4.03, 1/8 6.18 - 114mph, 1000ft. 8.02, 1/4 9.58 - 146mph.
3rd pass, tried 20% NOS to cool off the Supercharger. Had to let it go before 1/4 mile, getting real loose. Tires were hazing bad. Time slip was 60ft.1.38, 330ft. 3.87, 1/8 6.05 - 115mph, 1000ft. 7.68, 1/4 9.60 - 122mph.

4th pass, tried other side of track, hooking better. Used 20% NOS to cool Supercharger, again had to let it go getting loose / hazing the tires. Time slip was 60ft. 1.43, 330ft. 3.92, 1/8 5.86 - 123mph, 1000ft. 7.89, 1/4 9.58 - 108mph.

We were talking on the way home and figured out why we were hitting the rev limiter. We were shifting at 6500 rpm since we are used to the 1/8 mile. We should of shifted at 7000 - 7500 rpm and then we could of stretched it out through the 1/4 mile. Oh well until next time. Be sure to check out Other Cars, in Friends section.
